Support 3rd Street Boxing Fighters at USA Boxing Nationals
This December, several of our amateur fighters have qualified to compete at the 2025 USA Boxing National Championships, representing both our city and our gym on a national stage. These tournaments are more than just competitions — they’re gateways to incredible opportunities. Top performers can earn chances to train with the USA Olympic team and even become Olympic qualifiers.
💥 Why Sponsor?
Your support gives these dedicated fighters the chance to compete at the highest level without financial barriers. Unfortunately, many talented fighters are forced to miss out on these life-changing opportunities because of the cost of travel, lodging, and tournament fees.

3rd Street Boxing: Fighting for Olympic Boxing
At 3rd Street Boxing Gym, we’re proud to have Coach Chris Cugliari on our team — not only as a head trainer but as a driving force in protecting the future of Olympic boxing. His commitment goes far beyond the gym, reaching into the heart of global boxing’s governance and the preservation of amateur boxing’s most important stage: the Olympics.
When the sport’s Olympic status was at risk due to governance issues within its former international body, World Boxing was created by Chris and a small team of other key players to restore integrity, fairness, and athlete-first leadership to amateur boxing. In 2025, the International Olympic Committee granted World Boxing provisional recognition, securing boxing’s place in the Olympic Games through LA 2028 and beyond.
Coach Chris serves on World Boxing’s Steering Committee, helping shape the systems that give young athletes a fair path to national and international competition — including the opportunity to train with Team USA and pursue Olympic dreams.
Through his leadership, our fighters gain access to the most current standards, fair judging, and a clear route from local tournaments to the world stage. His commitment ensures that the Olympic pathway remains open for every dedicated boxer — starting right here at 3rd Street Boxing.
