Our boxing training is the best in the city - expect drills, exercises, mitt work, bag work, and more! We can also tailor your sessions to focus on fitness areas outside of boxing. If you’re interested in strength and conditioning, weight loss, or something else entirely, just let us know in the form below. If you're looking to do small group training (2-on-1, 3-on-1, etc.), we can set that up also - just send us an email.

Please Note: Personal Training appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours beforehand with no penalty. Canceling less than 24 hours ahead or missing your appointment will incur a $15 late cancel / no-show fee, and the session will be deducted from your account.
