Ready To Become A Warrior?
Our four-week-long (20 sessions), cardio-intensive Bootcamp program is specially designed so that participants lose weight, gain strength, develop muscle tone and learn boxing technique.
Our Bootcamp will introduce you to boxing drills, specific high-intensity cardio exercises and strength training regimens that are guaranteed to show you results in all three areas. Participants can expect to progress from learning the basic punches to mitt-work and body sparring in the space of four weeks! Our Bootcamp constantly introduces students to new ways to work the body and gain experience in boxing.
Beginners welcome! If you've never boxed in your life, you can still join (although we do recommend dropping into a Beginners’ class first).
Class begins at 6 AM sharp and runs till 7:30. Come awaken your inner warrior and change your life!
A note on scheduling: If you are registering for the entire Bootcamp, leave the "register from this date forward" box checked to enroll in all 20 sessions. Only select certain dates if you are choosing the 12 sessions for $275 pricing option.
Equipment needed: mouthguard, jump rope, wraps, and gloves. Rent or buy at the front desk!
