Per your membership agreement, you must provide at least 30 days notice before your next billing date to cancel your membership. Otherwise, your request will be processed in the following billing cycle. *

For example, if you want to cancel your membership on February 1, you must submit a request before January 1. If the request is made after January 1, you would still be responsible for February 1 dues.
