As a strength and conditioning coach Kash specializes in performance-based training with a strong emphasis on building endurance and developing a powerful gas tank. Her approach blends science-driven programming, boxing-based movement, and disciplined strength training to develop well-rounded athletes and general population clients with strength, durability, and long-lasting conditioning.

Kash sharpens her skills as a strength and conditioning coach through the Daru Strong Mentorship Program, working within a system led by respected performance coach Phil Daru.

Sessions are purposeful, efficient, and designed to help clients move better, get stronger, and maintain output round after round — inside and outside the gym.
