Caitlin started as a detective in law enforcement, teaching other officers defensive tactics and community self-defense programs. Since 2015, she has been a personal trainer and teaching group fitness. She has helped hundreds of individuals gain strength, lose weight, build confidence, fix chronic ailments, rehab injuries, and regain their pain-free lives. She has been boxing since 2020 and loves to focus on complementary workouts to become a stronger boxer. She believes that wellness is not just physical; but mental, emotional, and sexual. Through her business, She Synergy Wellness, she uses many lifestyle modifications (nutrition, mindfulness, sexual health, etc.), to help people become the best version of themselves that they can be.
