Kids Can Box Too!
Our Youth Boxing program is the perfect after-school activity to elevate kids' self-confidence, hone their discipline, and improve their overall fitness through self-defense skills! The class limit is 15, so participants will get individualized coaching in a small group setting. Class may include jumping rope, exercise drills, punching combinations, and heavy bag work.
Equipment needed: jump rope, wraps, and gloves (available to purchase or rent at the front desk)
Ages: 7 - 14 years old
Meets: Mon, Wed, Fri
Time: 4:30pm - 5:30pm
