Our boxing training is the best in the city - expect drills, exercises, mitt work, bag work, and more! We can also tailor your sessions to focus on fitness areas outside of boxing. If you’re interested in strength and conditioning, weight loss, or something else entirely, just let us know in the form below. If you're looking to do small group training (2-on-1, 3-on-1, etc.), we can set that up also - just send us an email.

1 Session: $100
5 Sessions: $465
10 Sessions: $880
20 Sessions: $1700
All Personal Training sessions must be paid for and scheduled in advance. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the session is deducted as if it were used. Sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase date, otherwise they expire. No refunds are offered on unused sessions.
