Our boxing training is the best in the city - expect drills, exercises, mitt work, bag work, and more! We can also tailor your sessions to focus on fitness areas outside of boxing. All Personal Training sessions must be paid for and scheduled in advance. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the session is deducted as if it were used. Sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase date, otherwise they expire. No refunds are offered on unused sessions.
