Time to kick-start a new routine? First time boxing? Need to focus on specific skills? Just want to focus on strength & conditioning? We offer one-on-one personal training to clients at all skill and fitness levels.

Our boxing training is the best in the city - expect drills, exercises, mitt work, bag work, and more! We can also tailor your sessions to focus on fitness areas outside of boxing. If you’re interested in strength and conditioning, weight loss, or something else entirely, just let us know in the form below.

Note: our trainers are listed in tiers, which refers to their teaching experience and pricing, not your experience level. All of our teachers are qualified to train beginners & advanced boxers alike!
