Nutrition Tune-Up Package

Are you in a food prep funk? Need recipe ideas? Wondering what to prepare? Have short-term nutrition coaching needs? Tope will assess your diet to see if it is balanced and varied. She will help you improve your nutritional gaps, review your current eating habits, give tips on what to eliminate, and what to add as well as evaluate current calorie, macro and micro nutrient distribution in your diet and give tips on what to reduce/increase, eliminate and add.

You will receive:

  • A comprehensive intake and assessment form with thorough review and evaluation by our dietitian.

  • A nutrient analysis of your current diet using a one-day food record.

  • A nutrition prescription (Rx) and nutrition care plan, which is the optimal diet plan for your health profile, lifestyle and health goals.

  • One month access to your nutrition Rx and weekly meal plans through the EatLove interactive platform which includes the ability to swap meals, grocery shopping lists, and order groceries through Amazon Fresh.

Diet Reset Package

This package is right for you if you’ve been struggling to shed pounds or have hit a road bump in your weight loss journey. Through one-on-one coaching, we’ll learn about your current lifestyle, eating habits, and nutrition needs and work with you to develop small, realistic goals to help you manage your weight and achieve a more healthy and balanced diet. We provide ongoing support, and will adapt your nutrition plan to meet your needs and help you stay accountable. Pairs excellently with our boxing Bootcamp or regular attendance (4 -5  times per week) to any of our classes and/or personal training.

About Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Tope Pedro, MPH, RDN

Tope holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and advanced degrees in nutrition and a master of public health. During her dietetic internship to become a registered dietitian she completed over 1500 hours of supervised practice at various adult and pediatric hospitals in the bay area  as well as a sports nutrition rotation with the Dolce Diet, working closely with the Dolce Diet Dietitians and nutrition team.

Tope currently works  as a pediatric clinical dietitian at Stanford Children’s Hospital. She specializes in pediatric oncology and genetic inborn errors of metabolism, and as  part of her role, she is trained and cover all conditions related to pediatric and adult clinical nutrition. Tope has also been one of our very own instructors here at 3rd street for several years and you can find her teaching boot camp every Friday morning and occasionally filing in as an instructor for Tough Love classes.

Tope has a love for competitive sports and  was previously ranked amateur fighter. She enjoys pushing her level of physical fitness with boxing, bikes rides and spinning, and barre functional fitness classes. Tope finds her balance with at home spa days, master meal prepping and spending time with family and friends.

Tope believes that  there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to nutrition and will work with you to personalize a nutrition package that fits  your age, lifestyle, and diet preferences. She looks forward to helping you make a long-lasting, lifestyle changes that feel right for you. Her love for all things nutrition + science, leads her on a continual quest for delicious and nutritious foods for optimal health and peak physical performance.
