If you’re looking to get a jump start on learning boxing technique, losing weight, gaining strength, and developing muscle tone, our Boxing Bootcamp is for you. Our proven regimen of boxing drills, high-intensity cardio, and strength training will give you tangible results. Here’s some of what you’ll gain over the course of the program:
Boxing stance and technique fundamentals
How to wrap your hands
Proper warmup and jump rope technique
Heavy bag work
Agility and footwork drills
Stamina-increasing runs, indoors and outside—nothing beats seeing the sunrise from the top of Potrero Hill ;)
Body sparring (no headgear required, don’t worry!)
Resistance and recovery with foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and rubber bands

Equipment needed: Jump rope, wraps, and gloves. Also recommended: foam roller, lacrosse ball, and resistance bands. Buy all of these items in a convenient package at the front desk!
